Mussel survey waiver clears way for Wapsipinicon bridge
A mussel survey delay due to high water stalled a 1.7 million bridge project over the Wapsipinicon River at Quasqueton. The DNR agreed to a post construction survey to identify mussels and mitigation costs. Minnowa Construction plans to begin soon with a 120 day target.
