The movement, formed months ago after a Mason City meeting, includes Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North and South Dakota, and Nebraska with inquiries from Colorado and Wyoming. Dr F L Gullickson of Wisconsin chairs the effort, which aims to gain wider regional recognition after recent gains in northern Mississippi valley states.
