Trial set Aug for Davenport woman in baby trash case

Davenport woman Ashley Hautzenrader, 24, faces attempted murder and child endangerment charges after allegedly delivering a baby in a University of Iowa hospital restroom on May 8 2016 and placing the infant in a trash can. Trial is scheduled for August 15 in Johnson County District Court.

Cedar Rapids felon jailed 87 months for firearm discharge
