Grinnell man’s murder trial delayed to December
The first degree murder trial of Shane Dupee has been continued to December 3 to allow more defense prep. Dupee, 20, is charged in the death of his 3 month old daughter Aliyah Stevens from head injuries. He remains jailed in Marshall County on a 100000 dollar cash bond awaiting trial.
