A 3-year-old Cedar Rapids boy identified as Chittick was pulled from 1 to 2 feet of water at Pinicon Ridge Park in Pinicon drowning after friends reported him missing at about 10:10 p.m. He was transported to St Luke's Hospital by Lifeguard where he was pronounced dead.
