Marion Chamber hears plan for private airport east of Marion
At the Indian Creek Country Club the Marion Chamber of Commerce heard four men describe a private airport to be built one half mile east of Marion city limits. The project features a 3200 foot grass runway, current use for industrial development, and support from Bill Fahey Roy Bleedner and Jerry Schmidt.
