A two car collision at Wilson Avenue SW and 12th Street SW Cedar Rapids last night caused a rollover with no injuries. Police said 20 year old Chad Winders of 1617 Third St SW attempted to pass 30 year old Wendy Smith of Cedar Rapids around 6 30 p m.
