Time capsule unearthed at Baltimore transit museum
Baltimore officials lifted a 225 pound marble stone guarding an 1828 time capsule and found only a 1953 newspaper and railroad timetable. The capsule was buried when the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad opened on July 4 1828 and sealed again in 1953.
