Sarah Miles says adversity deepened her Hollywood resolve
Hollywood interview with Sarah Miles notes her shyness around Americans has eased since living in the United States. She bought a home in Malibu and plans to stay, saying the change came after a difficult period surrounding the death of her manager David Whiting. Miles reflects on her athletic youth at Roedean, doing her own stunts, and how a rough filming period for the movie Cat Dancing strengthened her resolve to keep working.
