Last Call on E Bond Quota in Linn County

Linn County nears its E bond quota with two reporting days left as the drive totals show $3,447,461 sold of a $3,430,000 goal. County chairman George Hearn urges payroll deduction employers to advance purchases to push the drive over the top before Saturday noon. Statewide, Iowa remains about $2,000,000 short of its $82,000,000 goal and appeals emphasize a final hour push.
