Fireworks sales dip as Fourth draws near in Iowa towns
In Marion and surrounding areas vendors like Phantom Fireworks and Wild Billys report slower preholiday demand as Cedar Rapids rules push sales to industrial zones. Families such as Style Campbells stock up for July 4 with Roman candles and sparklers while organizers note enforcement challenges and legal use limits. Local police share information sheets and vendors support community causes through proceeds.
