Armstrong upbeat about chances in France
Lance Armstrong says he feels stronger than in 1999 2000 and 2001 and is optimistic about winning a fourth Tour de France title. With Ullrich and Pantani out he sees few serious threats and notes his familiarity with the course and stage wins in warmups. The Tour runs through July 28 ending on the Champs Elysees in Paris.
