The area could hold about 237 homes if developed. Cedar Rapids officials require a maintenance bond to approve the water arrangement. Hennessey Brothers, Inc. posts a 5-year $2,000 bond to fix defects in 300 feet of 8-inch pipe on Glenbrook Drive, between Pepperwood Hill and Westover Drive.
