In Dubuque Iowa Mrs Henry Uthe 25 and her daughter Darlene 5 died in a farm kitchen blast from an open flame. Mrs John Uthe 53 mother-in-law lay near death. Another daughter Dorothy 3 had minor burns. The blast occurred eight miles east of Dubuque.
