Los Angeles report says Benjamin Siegel alias Bugsy wrote two worthless checks totaling 150000 before his death. Checks were to Del Webb, head of a contracting firm linked to the Flamingo club in Las Vegas. First for 100000 dated May 6 on Flamingo’s account. second for 50000 dated June 6 refused for insufficient funds. Webb alleged to hold liens of 1500000 on the Flamingo project.
