Coralville Council approves Coral Crossing Plans and parkway work
Coralville City Council held a June 22 2021 meeting at City Hall presiding Mayor John A Lundell with three members present. The agenda included approving PUD B Site Plans for Lot 8 and Lot 9 Coral Crossing Eighth Addition and a PUD B Site Plan and Final Plat for Lot 2 Iowa River Landing Parkview. The council also amended land use for Part of Lot 7 Folsom's Subdivision to Mixed Use and approved disposal of interest in 711 713 and 715 5th Avenue for redevelopment. Additional actions covered bond issues paving Creekside Flow Trail, and a Creekside Observation Plaza bid. Public comments were minimal and several consent items were approved.
