Gov Leo A Hoegh urged Iowans to start a telephone campaign for highway safety. While vacationing in Colorado he asked residents to use the phrase Drive Carefully in conversations through July 4. The Iowa Public Safety Department predicts 10 deaths in traffic accidents over the July 4 weekend.
