Uncle Wiggily and the Wrist Washing Rabbit Boy

Uncle Wiggily helps Buster, a little rabbit, learn to wash his wrists as well as his paws. Buster initially leaves dirt on his wrists, confusing a bracelet like a girl rabbit. At Baby Bunty's party, his father notices the bracelets and reveals the misinterpretation, prompting Buster to wash his wrists.
