Cedar Rapids officer resigns amid harassment suit
Cedar Rapids police officer Delaine Gregerson Bartelme quit Jan 15 after charging the department with a hostile work environment in a 1990 sexual harassment suit. She claimed intolerable conditions and seeks additional damages though trial was postponed. Bartelme joined in 1987 and may testify in a separate first degree murder case in Davenport.
