Iowa City Old Capitol Town Center becomes international food hub
At the Old Capitol Town Center the Seoul Grill draws lines by 11 a.m. every weekday with udon soup bulgogi and kimchee pork as part of a growing food court for UI international students from Beijing Xingpu Hong Kong and Seoul. Mall management say the space serves as a social and study spot while locals note the mix of American and foreign cuisine and the ongoing evolution since 1981.
