Teen runs in uncles shoes at Relay for Life event
Cedar Rapids teenager Matthew Kruse ran in the 12th annual Relay for Life at Coe College with Gil Lefebure’s size 10 shoes in honor of his uncle who died of lung cancer in 1999. About 1,500 people across 94 teams participated. total raised neared 1.17 million dollars.
