A St Louis developer revived plans for Northland Square a 228000 square foot shopping center on Collins Road near Lindale Mall in Cedar Rapids The project aims for a spring start with a six to eight month construction window and would use 71 more spaces than zoning requires with 66 fewer than the Clock Tower Square plan.
