Richard Dean Marsh 28 of Hiawatha died from massive head injuries after a two car crash near Monticello last Saturday. He was injured when his car struck the rear of driven by Margaret Janssen of Anamosa as she pulled onto highway 151. Services Saturday at 1 30 p.m. at First Presbyterian church in Monticello.

Arrests in Simultaneous Cedar Rapids Iowa City Drug Raids
Cedar Rapids officers and Iowa City police executed raids Wednesday night ending a four month undercover investigation. In Cedar Rapids thirteen squad cars swarmed Fun City at 1509 First Avenue SE with 21 officers detaining nine suspects. Manager Russell Boyken, 34, faced multiple charges including permitting minors in a pool illegal drug possession and gambling. He posted 1110 dollars bond and was released. Five minors were found on the premises. Additional arrests included Raymond Musil Charles Lingo Jr and George Saba each charged with gambling. Officers seized money cards and two marijuana devices plus 50 unidentified capsules from a basement trunk. Charles Kelley 18 was charged with sale of narcotics and assault. Burrell Rupe Jr was also named in the raid.

Brown Describes Tama Pack Collapse in Federal Court
