YWCA War Time Classes Teach Power of Reuse and Repair
Wartime programs at the YWCA train girls to stretch dollars amid high prices and limited materials. Barbara Bowser, a Roosevelt senior, works as a junior hospital aide in Cedar Rapids hospitals.
