Fox Ridge project eyed in Solon growth plan
Mekota pitched Fox Ridge three years ago to bring commercial and 100 residential lots to Solon near Highway 1. DOT required turning lanes costing about 260000 with state and Mekota contributions totaling about 185000. City to gain tax revenue per 100000 value while preserving a 15 acre prairie and a 5 acre donated park.
