Anamosa High chief joins staff in clash over resignation
Anamosa High School principal Marshall Lewis faced a push for resignation in January. The school board voted 4 to 3 to reject the request, amid faculty backing for Lewis. Lewis, hired May 2000, would not discuss reasons. Board President Willems deflected on specifics, citing a later cable rebroadcast. Vocal Music Director David Marshall praised Lewis’s tenure and urged retaining him.
