Miss Marian Taylor and Robert H. Antin marry in a 2:30 p.m. ceremony with family present. The couple, soon to reside at 2109 Broadway in New York City, plan a brief Florida honeymoon after visiting Cedar Rapids. Mrs. Antin teaches at Brick Presbyterian nursery school. Mr. Antin pursues a sociology PhD at Columbia after graduating from NYU.

Women’s Reserve Officers elects leaders at Montrose luncheon

Mrs. Albert E Urban Jr was elected president of the Reserve Officers Ladies at a Thursday luncheon and meeting at the Officers club Montrose hotel. Other officers include Mrs W Robert James vice president and social chairman Mrs Richard K Jenkins secretary treasurer and Mrs James B Linsley a member. The retiring president Mrs Willer D Schroeder was present and received a gift.

Noted Biographer To Speak at Coe
