Karen Roma Cole Moody, 74, died January 23 2014 at her rural farm home near Mount Auburn. Funeral services January 27 at Trinity Lutheran Church Vinton with burial at Mount Auburn Cemetery. She married Larry Moody October 4 1959 and lived on the Benton County farm. She is survived by her husband children grandchildren and a brother. Memorials may be given to a memorial fund. Condolences at Phillips Funeral Home.

Carol Seng 62 of Hiawatha died January 23 2014 at home after a sudden illness. Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Lutheran Cedar Rapids with burial at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. She is survived by two daughters Amber Leng and Heather Underwood, her father Carl Crane, three sisters and a brother, three grandchildren, and was a longtime daycare provider and member of First Lutheran Church. Memorials may be given to a fund established in her name.
