Cedar Rapids officer not charged in crash with sedan
Officer Phillip Meyer was not charged after a January crash at Sixth Street and Eighth Avenue SW. A sedan passenger was scraped. the officer, sedan driver Muriel Gordon 27, and two children were unhurt. Dash cam review found no charges. authorities say both drivers share fault.
