Tat Sa Inter Innovation LeFebure of Cedar Rapids sold as part of a merger between its parent Inter Innovation AB of Sweden and De La Rue of London. LeFebure becomes LeFebure Inc a wholly owned subsidiary in De La Rue Payment System Division. President Joseph Patten says no staffing changes expected.
