Payback Ordered Restitution for Two Ex-Deputy Treasurers
A judge ordered former deputy treasurers Cheryl Grinna and Roselyn Quam to repay Winneshiek County nearly 24 000 dollars plus fees and costs for embezzling more than 130 000 dollars. Grinna must pay 19 474 dollars and Quam 4 336 dollars. both remain in prison with parole eligibility.
