Finance Park Mobile teaches students budgeting at Mount Mercy
Mount Mercy University students explored adult finances in the Busse Foundation Junior Achievement Finance Park Mobile. With life like personas and budgets, 25 students allocated funds for food, rent, transport, loans, insurance and more to learn how education and career choices affect income and quality of life. The mobile setup, costing about 250000 in its first year, aims to serve eastern Iowa schools beyond Mount Mercy.
