Iowa City delays Dubuque Street cottages historic ruling
Iowa City Council, after two hours of public comment, votes 5-2 to defer the first reading on Friends of Historic Preservation's bid to designate two Dubuque Street cottages as local landmarks. They will reconvene February 9 after Planning and Zoning input.
