Adolph Wilson, 29, of 1506 Fourteenth Ave SE, was fined $500 and costs for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was labeled a second offender with a prior drunk driving conviction on June 21, 1937. Judge H C Ring ordered five months jail if the fine isn’t paid, and suspended eight months of a one year term from December 9, 1938, on a breaking and entering charge, with concurrent sentences. A blood test formed part of the information filed by County Attorney G K Thompson.
