Cameroon youth baseball dream takes shape with Harmony academy
Mo Vaughn and other MLB figures joined Harmony Baseball Academy in Yaoundé via a virtual clinic to teach balance and hitting basics to about 50 Cameroonian youths. Founder Ariel Giowou started the program in 2019 to build fields, gear, and a potential stadium in Yaoundé, aiming to turn baseball into a profession for Africans.
