Dubuque artist lands first Nieman Marcus card order
Linda Pratt whose handmade collage greeting cards were created in a Dubuque basement scored a seven dozen Valentines order from Nieman Marcus. Her cards, framed as art, retail at 10 dollars in Nieman Marcus stores and feature original rubber stamps, antique photos, and pre 1978 postal images. Pratt aims to expand to more orders while maintaining unique, frameable pieces.
