On Broadway with Walter Winchell Trust the Dies legacy
The piece urges vigilance against subversive influence in America, criticizing Martin Dies for failing to expose Nazi links and urging the new committee to reveal a long suppressed report. It warns of Nazi propaganda, franking abuses, and covert financier networks aiding Germany, urging law enforcement and public resolve to win the war.
