Black youth awarded $1,000 in suit against Fort Dodge Y

A Webster County jury awarded 1000 to 15 year old Danny Brown in a suit against the Fort Dodge YMCA and employee Dave Porter for assault alleged to be racially motivated. The jury found no evidence of racial discrimination. Porter later joined the Air Force.
