State reports fourth safe haven baby found

Iowa officials say a healthy newborn boy was dropped at a hospital and placed in foster care, the fourth child protected under the Safe Haven law since July 2001. DHS Director Kevin Concannon said the infant, hours old, was brought in Friday with no note.

Iowa man pleads in child death case in Bremer County

Boose pleaded Monday in Bremer County District Court with a Feb 17 trial date.
