Cedar River Trail final 1.77 miles bid opening planned

Cedar Rapids lays out last trail segment from the Tait Cummins complex to Ely Road SW with a $955 000 construction estimate and total project cost near 1.2 million. Bids open January 27 at the Iowa Department of Transportation. Construction aims April to October.
