Homeless man arrested after urinating at City Hall Iowa City
Russell S. Weston 57 was seen urinating on City Hall and was struck by a door as he left. A breath test showed a 0.256 BAC. He faces one count of public intoxication third or subsequent offense. Weston has about 80 prior arrests including 10 trespass and 51 public intoxication.
