Mother of nurse killed in Anamosa prison files new suit
Stephanie Schulte, as administrator of Lorena Schulte s estate, refiled in Jones County District Court against former Anamosa State Penitentiary Warden Jeremy Larson and 10 other officials. The suit alleges safety lapses and OSHA violations that endangered staff after the 2021 attack that killed Lorena Schulte and correctional officer Robert McFarland.
