ITC Midwest Plants Native Prairie Along Transmission Corridors
ITC Midwest contractors planted native grasses and wildflowers on six acres at Beverly Park and six acres near Squaw Creek Park with 30 acres east of Cole Street SE, restoring habitat and reducing runoff along public rights of way in Cedar Rapids. The project spans Linn County land and supports city sustainability goals, with neighbor appreciation noted.
