Playboy OKs Hefner buyout offer to take private
Playboy Enterprises Inc as a whole accepts an offer from Icon Acquisition Holdings LP led by Hugh Hefner to take the company private. Hefner holds about 70 percent of voting shares and 28 percent of non voting shares, with a $6.15 a share bid valuing the firm at about $207 million and topping a prior $5.50 offer.
