University of Iowa to buy two floors for new campus offices
The University of Iowa plans to acquire the second and third floors of Plaza Centre One at 125 S. Dubuque St and 3000 square feet of basement for 1.8 million. The Facilities Corporation will lease the space back to the university at 7.75 per square foot about 210000 dollars annually to cover loan payments.
