Linn County Supervisors hold January 2 2025 meeting in Cedar Rapids
Linn County Board of Supervisors met at the Jean Oxley Public Service Center with Chair Rogers and Vice Chair Meisheid in attendance. They approved December 23 2024 minutes and routine payments totaling over 3.18 million dollars, approved cell phone reimbursements for Kirsten Running-Marquardt and Ben Rogers, and adopted a consent agenda including four resolutions on warrants, official newspapers, record destruction, and plat subdivision. A public hearing was set for January 21 2025 to vacate excess right of way, and bids were opened for a John Deere rotary cutter, with several personnel and public notices included, plus a lengthy county bills list.
