Mother seeks parole again for Ped Mall killer

She questioned five years as enough and asked whether residents would feel safe next door. The panel granted work release with supervision, shifting him to a halfway house and delaying discharge until July 23, 2028, while mandating rehabilitation, limited internet, and bar restrictions.
