UNI settles with five for early tenure amid grievances
The University of Northern Iowa reached settlements with five assistant professors to grant them early tenure and retroactive raises after grievances over denied early promotion. Regents must approve. if granted, increases date to July 1, 2024. The five are Terence Moriarty, Rebecca Dickinson, Michael Graziano, Gabriel Dickey, and Ai Wen, with provisions including age-discrimination waivers for some.
