Judge narrows US Airways Saber pricing case in antitrust dispute
U S District Judge Lorna Schofield limited US Airways damages for its 2011 2012 claims against Saber Corp amid a broader $1.45 billion antitrust suit. The ruling restricts potential recovery to Feb 23 2011 through Oct 30 2012, the period after Saber and American settled similar litigation. Saber argues the decision trims the award by over 75 percent and will seek to defend remaining claims.
