Coggon Pastor Accepts Charge At Shellsburg
Rev. I F Hayenga of Coggon has accepted the Federated church pastorate in Shellsburg for the coming year. He is a University of Dubuque graduate and led the Cog gan Presbyterian church for seven years. The family will live in the parsonage vacated by Rev L W Inman, and includes two children Amelia and Ralph. Ralph, a high school senior, will stay in Coggon to finish the year. Former minister Rev Inman now pastors a Baptist church in Marion. Since November Arthur Nye of Cedar Rapids has conducted services at the Federated church.
